Doctor Karla Baker is a very experienced Veterinarian and long-time member of the Flagstaff, Arizona community. Many of her clients have taken their pets to her for services for their pets entire lives from their first baby shots to their old-age needs. Dr. Baker always has a bright and cheerful attitude and the visits are fun for her and her clients and the pets have very little fear of seeing her, usually showing genuine happiness when they see her. Dr. Baker has extremely good diagnostic skills and always looks out for her clients welfare by suggesting less expensive medications services when possible. We are very thankful to have found Dr. Baker over 17 years ago and have been seeing her for our pets needs ever since. Thank you Karla!

A few clinic policies, in plain language — so every visit goes smoothly for you, your pet, and Dr. Karla Baker.

  • We cannot diagnose or give medical advice over the phone or through texts/pictures.
  • We do not have payment plans.
  • We cannot treat an animal for conditions we have not seen or without a legally valid Veterinarian/Patient (the pet)/Client (the owner) relationship.
  • Dr. Baker will no longer see aggressive animals or animals we cannot control.
  • We have a Kindness Clause which means we do not provide service for people or animals who have behaved rudely or disrespectfully (as determined by Dr. Baker) or people who have missed appointments repeatedly.
  • If you have your pet’s record sent to another clinic (referrals are exceptions), you are no longer our client. The vacancy will be promptly filled.
  • “Current client” means have been seen within the last 3 years.
